Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor who is known for her performances in a variety of categories in the film and television theater. Anne can't recall John Carpenter having contacted her and offering the position. It is possible that an agent declined the role on her behalf without telling her. Glen Larson sent her an preliminary draft of script for the role of a character on 1978's TV program Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the role as she believed her character was weak. Glen developed a different character to play Sheba, which was much more strong. The Living Legend's first 25-page script was read by her and she immediately agreed. The show ran for one season. Also, she starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. And she costarred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
